Humans are social animals. No doubt you have heard of that before. Maybe you have joined volunteer, charity, and church groups as well as other clubs. They are some of the best places to meet nice people most of the time. It is through evolution that humans will forver constantly need one another. Face to face interaction can never beat internet interactions.

With the advent of e-mails, instant messenging, and social networks, many have forgotten what meeting up and having a nice long talk with eye contact was all about. Nowadays in this modern society, if we see someone we know know, we just say "hey," "hi," "what's up," and "how are you." Often at times, people mislabel these acquiantances as "friends." This is due to how social networks label people whom you add as "friends". In reality, they may know a couple of things about you, but true friends are those you hang out with you often and whom you confide your secrets and problems to. I'm not saying social networks such as "Myspace" and "Facebook" should rename their "buddy system," but remember what true "friendship" is all about.

We all want to make as much friends as possible, but the thread of security is drawing out more from the spool and one day it may run out.
